Russell was 1st class explaining everything was polite and punctual would hire again
I had to organise getting the intercom at my flat fixed for my tenant, whilst being on the other side of the world. Despite only being able to communicate with Russell at Stone sec via email, he was really responsive and efficient at getting back to me. I put him in touch with my tenant so they could organise access for the initial quote and subsequently getting the job done at a convenient time for them both. My tenant reported Russell to be really efficient and helpful. The price of the job was also reasonable.
