“Always been a bit wary about using companies I've never used before, or been recommended to by friends but the job was quite urgent and i found Stoneway online. They managed to move work about to fit me in. From the moment they turned up the two men looked very professional and seemed to know exactly what they were talking about. They immediately identified the problem which was causing damp in my dining room. They quoted to pull up the floor and cut away rotten floor joists, lay down new damp proofing membrane and repair the floor with new timbers, also replacing the laminate on top and renewing the damaged skirting board. I was extremely happy with the quote and how quick the work was turned around. It seems to have solved the damp problem and the room was left spotless when they finished. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to use them again myself!”

I recently hired Stoneway Construction Ltd for a complete renovation of my bungalow, I could not be happier with the results. From the initial meeting to the final walk through with Dale and Guy, their team were attentive, professional and incredibly skilled. They took their time to understand my vision and offered valuable suggestions that enhanced the overall design. The quality of workmanship was outstanding, they completed the project on time and within budget. Communication throughout the entire project was seamless, making it easy to address any questions and concerns that I had. I highly recommend Stoneway Construction Ltd to anyone looking for a reliable and professional team.
I had a leak in my chimney breast and they came to investivate and found the problem almost instantly. The chimney was re leaded and re pointed at a high standard and even though done a few months ago i can safely say work has been successful. They treated the damp and redecorated inside where the leak came through. They took good care of my property and worked with incredible attitude. Their quotation was very good i didn't feel like i was being strung a line and i wasn't. Great company that you can trust and all questions explained and easy to talk with.
