Contacted him to do a bit of plastering and sanding. A price was agreed which I did not negociate at all. Lots was missed intentionally or not but fixed when asked to. At the end asked for 100£ extra to finish the sanding even though we agreed on a price. I said yes to this as well but upon checking the sanding has not been done properly. There are lots of places where I now need to get someone else to finish the job. When I messaged him he said it only needs some light sanding which might as well be the case but not what we agreed. Would stay clear if you need a good job done.
