He gave me 3 options to remedy, and explained the costs and implications of each, and we agreed to grind out and repoint. Couple days later Ryan turned up with a team of 2 others, cracked on and finished the job in a morning, and cleaned up inside and out. The pointing looks fantastic again and is no longer crumbling away, and the Yorkshire lime he chose is perfect for the stone in the old mill. Can’t say enough good things about Ryan and his team, he’s honest and reliable and works to a high standard."

Ryan came to carry out repointing work and saw that previous owner had used brick sealant. He gave me 3 options to remedy, and explained the costs and implications of each, and we agreed to grind out and repoint. Couple days later Ryan turned up with a team of 2 others, cracked on and finished the job in a morning, and cleaned up inside and out. The pointing looks fantastic again and is no longer crumbling away, and the Yorkshire lime he chose is perfect for the stone in the old mill.
