“We first met Scott and Jamie when they came to service our alarm just before Christmas. It had been playing up for some time, and was so old we knew it was on its last legs so we asked them if they would fit a new one for us. They are the nicest, friendliest and totally professional couple of men you could wish to meet. They talked us through all options, no pressure at all and helped us decide which suited us best. They arrived when they said they would and cracked on with the job. We couldn't be more pleased with them and the results, he even put everything on my phone for me (for which I was immensely grateful being a non tech "oldie ") . Can't praise them enough and would, without hesitation, highly recommend them.”

Scott and Jamie at Stronghold responded promptly to my enquiry, swiftly understood what was required and supported with appropriate recommendations and followed up with a written quote in a timely manner which was appreciated. Installed a replacement alarm and full external CCTV system with a comprehensive briefing on how to use both. I felt the cost and quality of the equipment supplied together with a professional ‘bed side manner’ and neat installation represented good value for money and glad I selected them……highly recommended

Scott and Jamie came round initially and gave me a price for the work. They explained the process and timescale. After getting other quotes I decided to go ahead with Stronghold and called to confirm. Scott kept in touch regarding a date to start. They came round on time and completed the work with minimum fuss or issue. They explained what they were doing and why and the options I had. We changed some settings to suit my needs and a couple of small things I wanted changing after fitting were done without fuss. They seemed decent lads who know what they were doing and did it well. I trust that if I have any issues or questions they will sort it. I think they like to keep things straightforward and simple and I appreciated this. I can’t fault them or the price and would recommend them.

I found Scott on this site - didn't know him from Adam, but seemed to have good reviews. He came to install a security system for my elderly mother, having been round a week earlier to quote for the job. His pricing was extremely reasonable and so we booked him. He spent about 2 hours at my mum's - taking great care to make sure the job was done neatly and wires were not exposed. The end result is fabulous and mum is really happy not only with the work (she described it as "immaculate"), but also with Scott and his brother. I am absolutely blown away by his manners, kindness, professionalism, quality of work and his overall care. I would be VERY happy to recommend him, as would mum. Thank you Scott - we need more traders like you on this site!
