Had a oil tank replaced by SOS this week and they did an excellent job, site was left clean and tidy. Great service kept fully informed , would highly recommend.

Unfortunately the engineer forgot to turn on the fuel oil after checking the tank. So I was left with no heating or hot water. I turned on the fuel oil again but an airlock had formed and the boiler kept cutting out after a minute or so. The company were going to send someone the next day, but not until late in the afternoon. I persevered with resetting the boiler every few minutes and after a few hours it burst into life. The engineer should have checked the system was working before departing. I would have thought this was a basic check.

Our annual boiler service completed on time by an highly professional and knowledgeable young engineer. On time, very thorough and very tidy job. Excellent customer contact and service and good value for money. Thoroughly recommended.
