Extremely diligent, reliable and precise, they have quickly adapted and addressed a few challenges that could not be anticipated at the outset. Everything was resolved in a very timely manner. Aleks always explains things and what he does and why he recommends such and such changes or actions. He also always make sure he makes himself available for any queries. I have already booked him for all maintenance annual visits on my boiler for the future. I would recommend him and his colleague without a single hesitation. Thanks”
