Really impressed with the quality of work. Taylor was methodical and did a really good job on replastering our ceiling and installing down lights in what will be our new kitchen. Really pleased with work completed and the reasonable price. Will definitely use again and would definitely recommend this company. COVID protocols were used at all times.
Very professional and knowledgeable. Talked me through everything that needed to be carried out. Will use again in the future and recommend to friends and family.
Very professional fast and reliable had sam fit downlights to my front room very happy with the result took his time to make sure all measurements was exact and perfectly in line highly recommend
I commissioned Sam to conduct an electrical inspection at one of my rental properties to ensure that it was both compliant with current regulations as well as being safe for my tenant. Sam was punctual and professional with great communication. I was kept informed throughout and Sam explained what he was doing and why. A competitive quote was issued but I was already sold given the fact that he was confident and articulate and that gave me the confidence that I was dealing with a genuine consummate professional. Fantastic service from Sam and his assistant yesterday, after 5 days of hell not being able to stay in our home, I called Sam and within a couple of hours issue solved and power back on, couldn't thank him enough. Both courteous and friendly men, professional and honest. Great experience.

Great company to deal with - I explained what I needed doing and they swiftly organised to attend my property and diagnose an issue, and also provide a quote for some other potential work. They called on the day to confirm our time and arrived as promised. Once here he was very courteous, friendly, professional and informative. I highly recommend them and will certainly be utilising Sure Group for future work moving forward.

Needed an electrical safety inspection on a prospective house purchase. My initial contact was answered promptly and a price and appointment time offered there and then. On the appointment day, Sam showed up exactly on time and carried out a full report as requested. He telephoned me after the appointment to give me the outcome and the price for any work needed. I’ve been incredibly impressed by the whole process, quality of work and value for money. Will certainly be our first choice for electrical services in the future.
