"From our first enquiry, Lee was oustanding in his desire to explain fully the total nature of what he intended to do, reinforced by a wide ranging set of photographs he took before and after. Not only did his team of 4 work flat out to completely restore the state of the roof to its state when first installed, but they went out of their way over two full days (no knocking off at 3.0pm!) to explain fully where they were up to.
