Grant and he’s team carried out some traditional lime repointing to our property. We was having some internal damp issues and it has now seemed to have dispersed since we had the work done. We are very happy with the result and finish and would highly recommend Surrey Stone & Stucco.

Grant rendered the exterior of my property which was in a sorry state. He is the most reliable and honest builder I have ever known. He stuck to his price, answered every query I had, was always on the other end of the phone from the beginning to the end of the job and is truly a genuinely decent person. Not only was he reliable, but his team were tidy, courteous, respectful and extremely efficient at getting the job done. He did an excellent job on my property and I cannot endorse him highly enough. I have no hesitation in recommending him and if ever I need similar work done, I wouldn't think twice about calling him. Grant and his team definitely exceeded all my expectations.

Grant and his team carried out some extensive re-pointing work on my house. They were polite, tidy and paid attention to detail. I am very pleased with the finished result. It is hard to distinguish the new pointing with the old existing.

Grant and his team removed cladding from front of house, repointed and generally tarted up brickwork/masonry afterwards. Brilliant job; great value; lovely professional guy and team. Grant and the boys did an excellent job on re-pointing, cleaning and restoring the brickwork on my London flat. Very responsive with communication, quick to get the job done, completed to a high standard including snagging, and the brickwork looks absolutely amazing. I had many quotes from builders/bricklayers who wanted to slap concrete cement between the bricks for re-pointing and would not have taken any care, but Grant explained the full process of restoration and the use of lime instead of cement, and he took great care during the process. Would definitely recommend.

Grant, Richard, Dave and Luke are a dream-team who did a fantastic job renovating the exterior of my Victorian house, which had suffered badly from some very ill-advised 'home improvements' over the years. The worst of these was the cement render that had been carelessly slapped onto some of the external brick walls. This was suffocating the house and causing problems with damp and condensation. Grant and his team removed the render, repaired the original brickwork and re-pointed it with lime mortar, and it now not only looks great, but has also sorted out the damp. They also installed a French drain where the dpc had been bridged by some paving, did the external decorating and various other smaller jobs, all of which were carried out to an exemplary standard. Grant really understands how period buildings work and what needs to be done to restore them to their former glory. He and his team were an absolute pleasure to have around.
