Their surveyor Will was extremely thorough, took time checkjng every corner of the property, taking extensive notes. RICS Level 3 survey focused is the on key issues that needed investigating and investing on a 1600s property. The report was generated swiftly and again he was knowledgeable and courteous on a call to clarify the report. Recommended through and through, a breath of fresh air on a industry filled in with unskilled trades.”

Their report was well detailed with helpful explanations, reasoning, photographs, and recommendations. They also recommend other professionals in several areas where we may need assistance in the event we are able to complete on the house.
