It was a disaster. It leaked 6 days after completion and is still leaking. It was all done in one day and the roofer refused to put back the balcony railings. A Surveyor has said it all needs to come off and be done again. He demanded a deposit of £4000 as he said he would not be able to complete the job without this. At the end he demanded full payment which we refused to do. He became really worryingly intimidating in front of his workforce of seven men but we did not pay him on the spot. Do not use this man ever.

I had very bad experience about them due to poorly workmanship, invioce not received ,no reliability ,not finish the work and demanding payment. I keep ringing them when will they come back to finish the job as they promised , they either said too busy or not even bother to answer my call . Please avoid the company!
The salesman placed undue pressure on me to have the work’s done. I live in a big house that’s been converted into three flats. He said as I live on the top floor, I am solely responsible for roof repairs. They charged me £2100 for the work carried out by one man. They also promised I would get a 10 year guarantee. When it came for payment, he made sure he was present when I did the bank transfer. I asked him for the guarantee, he said it would be sent to me through the post. It never arrived. Gerry was to come back to finish the works. He never came back.
