“The work was completed to a high standard and Jack made sure that everything was checked as it should be. He was able to comlete the work at very short notice and I believe at a very competitive price ensuring that we recieved exactly what we needed.”
Detailed reviews
Carried out a complete replacement of our old boiler with a Viessmann model and Nest thermostat. Jack was very professional and we were very satisfied with the outcome - at the time. Unfortunately, his communication and after sales support needs work. The boiler has not been firing up for hot water for several weeks. Two weeks ago he finally responded to one of our (polite) calls and texts, arranging to come on a Monday morning. He didn't show and has not responded to our calls or messages since.
