One suggested renewing the edging of the roof, £700, another building up the felting to stop the water forming a puddle at that point £1200. Dale, of Sustento, was the only one who suggested first checking the drainpipe to see if it was blocked, before making any further plans. He found the pipe was indeed blocked, and once it had been cleared the water ran away as designed to do, £240. I found Dale sensible and straightforward and shall use him again."
