Sutton Windows

I chose Sutton Windows as they are a family run business that is relatively local. Mark came and measured our door in May and had a personal approach. He gave us advice and we ordered a sturdy endurance door. I was able to look at a brochure to decide the colour and each detail of the door. There was good communication whilst waiting for the door to be made. Sutton Windows were contactable by phone or email. The door was fitted at the beginning of August by Dean who was polite and well mannered. Dean worked around my availability with ease. The fitting only took a few hours and the working area was kept tidy throughout. The door looks amazing and you couldn’t even tell he had been as any mess was cleaned up promptly. This was a timely service and I am so happy with the final result. I would definitely use Sutton Windows again and would recommend them to friends and family. Following this service I am looking to use them again for some windows and blinds as I know they are a company I can trust.

We decided to use this Company because they were a local firm and we liked the product. They replaced virtually every window in our house and two doors. Unfortunately, the installation was under-resourced and rushed. They broke our garden bench by dropping a window they had removed, the making good was poor and had to be redone and they failed to properly seal the windows which resulted in damage being caused to our internal decorations. This damage only became apparent two years after the installation had been completed but the Company are refusing to accept responsibility despite the fact that it was their own engineer who identified the cause of the damage being the failure to properly seal the windows.

Used in the past and always been happy with the work. They answer the phone quickly and answer questions quickly. They are also very helpful, stick to their quotations and good quality work!

I had a porch door fitted at the front of my house. I initiated contact with Sutton who on my enquiry arranged for a consultant to telephone me to talk to me about what I considering. within a couple of days the consultant, a very pleasant and professional man, came around to discuss with me the style of door and what would fit well within the space available. Once I agreed the style of door i wanted i made contact with the consultant he brought paperwork for me to sign and to leave a small deposit. He then informed me that I would be contacted by the engineer who would come to measure up. The engineer made contact with me and we agreed a time for his visit. I did not want an extended porch and wondered if the space between the main door and porch area was sufficient to allow someone to stand unhindered. I explained this to the engineer who suggested I think about it and to contact him when i had made my decision. I agreed to do this and having spoken to a neighbour who had a similar porch door and area as my own, I decided i would go ahead with my plans for the porch door. I made contact with the engineer, who return the next day to complete taking measurements. I was told by the engineer that i would receive further communication from Sutton including documents regarding the works and a fitting date. I received the documents which I read through carefully and waited in anticipation for the work to be completed. The company called me a week before to ensure the date agreed for installation was still suitable for me and asked if i had any questions. on the day of the fitting the fitter arrived on the time agreed and fitted the door without any hitches or delay. The balance was paid after the work had been completed. i was given several options and i opted to pay by BACS. Overall i was very pleased with the outcome. The look of the Porch doors exceeded my expectation and everyone with whom i had contact with at the company acted professionally throughout this process
