Rob and the team at Swallow Hill Homes built our family home in the summer of 2018. The whole team were so helpful and knowledgeable right from the very first point of contact when there were only foundations to be seen. From providing fixture & fitting options and quotes for additional work, to answering my endless amount of questions, they were always there when we needed them. You expect many snagging issues when buying a new build property, but we just experienced a couple of really minor issues that were dealt with promptly and professionally. The quality of the work is outstanding throughout the entire property and 7 years later, we still love our home as much as we did on day one. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the team to any of our friends and some of our family have recently moved into one of their homes too!

Swallow Hill Homes completed a new build 4 bed detached house for me. It was to a high standard and they included a number of upgrades at my request. In terms of after sales I had a good service with good communications. In terms of the general design and build there was good attention to detail that are not usually found with larger builders. For example they have higher ceilings and use fit high quality doors and furniture. We had few issues with the build compared to previous new builds that I have purchased. We were very pleased overall with our new house.

After living in our family home for 42 years, we never thought we'd move but then a beautiful bungalow built by Swallow Hill Homes became available and it was an opportunity too good to miss. We knew how wonderful this company was already as our daughter had bought one of their houses a few years before. Rob and the team were fantastic throughout the whole design, build and purchasing process. Great communication throughout the build and excellent finish across the entire home. This move was the best decision we've ever made!

The process of the initial buying was great. Good customer service. The viewing house was absolutely amazing. Friendly professionals staff, the work force was always polite and very professional and took pride in there work Also site listened to any issues that I raised and carried out all action to alleviate concerns. A great construction company, a great team of builders who deliver great quality homes, built to very good standards, my home was well designed and every little aspect was well thought through such that it delivers great features coupled with good aesthetics.
