"This was the second time I'd used this firm recently. Once at my elderly mother's home and then at my son's house. Both times, the engineers arrived bang on time and were very pleasant and helpful. At my mother's house, they had to fix a job that had been botched by 3 different so-called plumbers. They did it efficiently and without complaint and given that it was a time consuming job, the price charged was extremely reasonable. I've been extremely impressed by this firm and they will be my first port of call whenever I need any further work done in the future."
