Would highly recommend
TH Developments recently completed a pretty big project for us, namely a repositioned kitchen, fully upgraded bathroom and downstairs shower room. At our first meeting with Tony he listened to our requirements while also still dropping in his own ideas many of which we subsequently adopted. He is clearly enthusiastic and proud about TH Developments and talks about customers being family. He has built an excellent team around him, individually setting their own high standards with a pride in their work. We’d like to make a special mention of Matt and Ryan who were with us on site for the duration of the 11 week project and did an excellent and professional job. They are a credit to the company. One of the final tasks exposed an unexpected pre existing issue with the original exterior brickwork. The issue was potentially large, but Tony prioritised both the underlying issue and the remedial work required taking full ownership of the resolution. So if being family is being there when needed Tony certainly proved himself. We would certainly highly recommend TH Developments and would use them again for any future projects.

Excellent!
Having already chosen TH Developments for both our Kitchen and Bathroom renovations, when we discovered that the patio and waste water drainage was in a very poor state we decided to put all our eggs in one basket and contacted Tony to quote for a garden “makeover”. During a site visit various ideas were discussed and the scope agreed. The work subsequently started on schedule (in advance of the internal work). The team of Andy, Brendon and Bailey were excellent, multi skilled (patio, fencing, raised beds & ground works etc) setting high standards for themselves as well as being customer focused ensuring we were happy with each stage of the project. We were delighted with the end result leaving us confident in the future work that we have scheduled with TH Developments.

Fantastic Company
This is the second job we have hired TH Developments to carry out for us. We did shop around for quotes, but based on the trust we had for Tony & his team, it was a no-brainer that we wanted to choose them. We had a small bedroom that we wanted extending into the small box room that went off it, making it a larger split level bedroom. Tony listened to the ideas we had and agreed to carry out the work. Chris was the lead on this project, and yet again, the level of communication between Tony's staff and us was just brilliant. Karen, who manages the bookings, also regularly made contact with us to check how the job was progressing. Any queries were dealt with quickly. From electrics, to plastering, the team worked brilliantly well together and were in constant communication to make sure the job ran smoothly. As with any old property, there were some unexpected finds, but nothing that couldn't be solved and the job was completed within the two week timeframe. We have one very happy teenage girl!! After we stripped out some fitted wardrobes due to damp, we also had our master bedroom replastered and kitchen ceiling replastered after a leak due to the lovely British weather! Once again, thank you so much for helping make our house a home!

En-suite replacement
We had excellent service from the moment we walked into their lovely showroom, to the moment the replacement was finished. We felt that we were an important client throughout. All the team are knowledgeable and friendly and kept us fully informed. The finished bathroom is excellent and we have no hesitation in recommending the Company.

Install toilet and revamp utility room.
Excellent service throughout. Aftercare was brilliant. Chris and Lewis, plus plasterer & electrician, we're great. Friendly, polite, efficient a pleasure to have them here for the two weeks. Tony, the boss, I cannot fault either. Gave choices which would work better and called to check how things were going. All in all excellent service. Would recommend them 100%

Garage conversion
THdevelopments converted a garage from what was practically a junk room too small for a car, into a versatile study / sitting room or extra bedroom. Chris and his team completed the project on time and in budget, despite having to deal with the record breaking heatwave. We were kept informed at each stage, and all aspects, electrical, plumbing etc were handled in house. We are very pleased and would definitely recommend.

En suite renovation
The initial consultation, meticulous planning, detailed quote and the quality of the actual renovation was second to none. The renovation of the on suite was completed within both schedule and budget. I am satisfied the work represented good value for money. The staff at all levels were very helpful, supportive and maintained close supervision and communication throughout. Their interpersonal skills created a pleasant experience for my wife and myself. I would wholeheartedly recommend the company to anyone.

Cloak Room Refurb.

Bathroom refurb excellent job.
Three rooms refurbed, two knocked into one and refurbed all in seven weeks work. Fantastic Company to work with, Tony and the team have a great eye for detail. Special thanks to Tony, Charlie as the lead, Leon for the plastering, Andy for electrics, Chris for carpentry and Simon and Lewis. Being a barn conversion there were challenges and no square rooms but they overcame it and sympathetically transformed our house. Chuffed to bits with the outcome and would definitely recommend.

Delighted
We had the bathroom completely refurbished and I am really pleased with it, Matthew and Simon were excellent meaning we could carry on as usual without any interruption. They left absolutely no mess at all and thoroughly vacuumed before leaving. I wouldn't have any problems recommending them to anyone. Thank you TH Developments for an excellent job.

Two great new bathrooms

We are really happy with our completed kitchen. The whole process from the initial design to the finished product was extremely smooth. Excellent after service
Me and my wife had a bathroom installed by TH Developments in April 2019. We were very happy with the quality of their work and would highly recommend them. However, we unfortunately had a couple of problems arise in January 2019. Firstly, the new tap we had was leaking and also the bath panel had distorted by water ingress. We contacted TH Developments and they came and looked at the issues we found as soon as they were able to do so. Then they did the following to correct the issues: 1. They provided a brand new tap and fitted it (the exact same tap). 2. They replaced the bath panel completely at their expense even though we would have had some part to play in the damage of the original panel. Not only that they upgraded the panel free of charge to a panel that was specifically waterproof. 3. They gave us advice on how to avoid the issue ever happening again. We were very happy with the outcome and have had no further issues. We would definitely use the company again!

This is the third project which T H Developments have completed for me and, as before, I have happily recommended them to my friends. With large projects there is always things that a customer wants to check back with the supplier. What has always pleased me about T H Developments is how happy they are to discuss these things during the build and ensure that I as the customer am completely satisfied. As a example in this job I ordered and had fitted a Bluetooth Speaker which then didn’t work with the Echo Dot I have in the kitchen. This was T H D’s fault but they made the effort to get a compatible model ordered and replaced without any quibble.
