Our garden looked more like a Ukraine battlefield when Tom came, I talked about what I wanted and we discussed materials, no hard sell, even recommended cheaper materials as better quality than the more expensive. He came with the lads and they worked tirelessly in the extreme heat, always turned up when said, always kept me in the loop, let me know about any problems.
