He finds solutions rather than making a big deal of issues). He is diligent, and his work is of an really high standard. The kitchen was fitted quickly and without fuss and delay even though he is clearly a busy person, with other jobs on the go too. Finally, he's also a really nice person to work with. We will now be getting him to fit our new bathroom.”
