I left a message for Paul and he called me straight back and assessed the situation over the phone first, and said he couldn’t leave it until Monday so came straight over and adjusted the door and now working fine, while here he also adjusted my patio door. I am very appreciative of the exemplary service and would highly recommend Paul."

I had my windows and doors replaced 6 years ago and have been very pleased. Today the locking system on my front door seemed to stop working and I couldn’t lock the door and it could be opened from outside, so felt very vulnerable.
