"We approached a number of builders for a quotation. Tatum were one of only three who responded with a quotation and follow up call. The figure was slightly larger than we anticipated (though not the £20k higher a large company put forward), but Tatum met with us and we agreed ways of meeting our target without compromising quality or the overall feel of the build. We agreed a price and a start date. They were on site every day during the ten week build, everything happened according to schedule and within budget. Very impressed and would recommend highly."
