I gave Scott a call and he popped over within an hour and dismantled the lock and managed to fix the issue without needing any new parts!!! Whilst out I also asked Scott to look at another door I had issues with and he diagnosed the issue told me what I needed to buy. Scott you saved me an absolute headache as I thought the door would need replacing due to its age. Thank you so much. Scott works fast and lets you know exactly whats needed to rectify. He also seems very cheap compared to other locksmiths. No upsell and honest!!!! Will definitely be using again!
