We had several quotes from a selection of glaziers and found Taylorglaze to be the most informative and honest in their estimate. There was no haggling or pressure selling that others resorted to. And once we'd done our research and visited other homes which had used Taylorglaze (a list of addresses supplied with confidence from them) we were satisfied that we'd made the right decision. Both the window fitters were brilliant and did a great job. There was no mess to speak of after they had finished. We would absolutely recommend Taylorglaze.

Over the last year, Taylorglaze have installed new five windows and a back door. These were all done as mock timber and included one large sash window and two bay sash windows. All are double glazed. We are delighted with the finished products and installation! Windows: - The mock timber is high quality and definitely looks more like timber than any other material, even up close. - The bay windows look lovely and maintain the traditional Victorian terrace look. - Framing around the windows has been done with quality timber and makes a feature of the windows. - All fixtures and fittings are both attractive and robust. Installation: - All of it was done on schedule. - Although this was a big job and lasted for five days in total, disruption was nowhere near as bad as we expected and we could operate during the day and relax in our usual ways in the evening. - Where there was cracking to the plaster, concrete etc, this was repaired fully. - The installers were on time, polite, worked hard non-stop at a really quick pace, took pride in cleaning up all mess each day and adapted around us when required. They could not have been better! Communication: - Plans were explained clearly in advance and then stuck to. - Issues were flagged up quickly and then resolved as we agreed. - Messages were responded to promptly. Overall, a fantastic company who take pride in what they do and have professional and lovely guys working for them!

From the initial meeting with Tony, to the survey and the completed project it was a pleasure to have TaylorGlaze complete the work. The price was extremely competitive but more importantly my initial meeting with Tony gave me the confidence this was a company I could trust. The work was completed by and they worked extremely hard every day. I was kept up to date with progress by Shaun and the finished conservatory looks exceptional. Daniel made every effort to help me to understand the choices and choose the windows I needed to fit my property. He was patient and understanding and focused on managing the particular fitting issues at my property. The guys who came to fit were personable and careful - the windows look great. I was advised there would be 'making good' and decorating afterwards - this did allow me to get the fit very solid, secure and draft free.

Earlier this year (2025), we recently completed a ground floor extension to our home and are absolutely delighted with the outcome, thanks to the exceptional work carried out by TaylorGlaze.
