I was kept informed and up to date at every stage of the process from initial contact to the final day. There were some minor finishing touches to be made after the main work, but these were also done in a timely manner. Having been let down by 5 other companies for this repair, my only regret is that I didn't find Tectum Solutions sooner. I can't speak highly enough of Kevin's work and would definitely use again and recommend."
