“What a great guy ted was, he came to our rescue over a weekend and repaired our boiler , and just a few days later (yesterday) he came to service our boiler, he was very respectful for my kitchen situation as the boiler was in an awkward place , he advised us on what things we should do to keep our boiler in good condition and wasn't pushy regarding the cost for his service, would we recommend this lovely guy to anyone else , well we certainly will and certainly won't hesitate to call him again , thank you ted you was amazing”
