Construction design was in line with other terrace extensions built locally. I specified engineering brick courses to provide protection at the base and top of the wall. Drawings of the terrace design were used and I checked that the work complied with these at least daily during the works. The quality of the block and brickwork and the overall finish of the work is very good. Any concerns I had during the works were resolved with the team without argument. The terrace has now been in use since spring 2024 and the condition is as good as it was on completion and I am delighted with it.

Russell and his team did a great job even thought it turned out to be complicated. Always returned my calls and didn’t let me down at all. The bathroom is lovely now.
