Had an issue with a water leak in our immersion heater. Business owner came round very quickly to assess the issue and was able to order a replacement and fit it within 3 days. He provided details of charges and explained the problem & what needed doing. He also replaced the plastic pipes with copper ones and did a neat and tidy job, There was also a separate issue with the pressure pump connected to our boiler which he replaced. Checked all the rads to make sure everything was working before he left. He was friendly and professional and I would be happy to use him again

We wish we had found Tom sooner. To have someone so professional and caring was a dream. He gave us a full quote and explained everything clearly to us. He even popped back quickly to sort a bit of air in the system. We are delighted with our new upright radiators and we honestly didn’t know he was here doing a full power flush. We are nice and warm. Tom brilliant at what he does. Polite, reliable and highly competent. He did an outstanding job replacing our cylinder and fixing our water pressure for a very reasonable price. I would highly recommend him and wouldn’t hesitate to contact him again in the future if needs be.

Very knowledgeable about what was wrong with the cylinder straight away and explained every thing he was doing, collected and delivered the parts required, was very tidy, left NO rubbish and cleaned up after highly recommended to get the job done right the first time, would use again without question.

Tom installed a new boiler in the time scale he said, he was neat and tidy and cleared up at the end of each day and kept his work area tidy. He is very professional in his work from the quoting, the installation, testing and certification. I would recommend.
