“Had an issue with a water leak in our immersion heater. Business owner came round very quickly to assess the issue and was able to order a replacement and fit it within 3 days. He provided details of charges and explained the problem & what needed doing. He also replaced the plastic pipes with copper ones and did a neat and tidy job, There was also a separate issue with the pressure pump connected to our boiler which he replaced. Checked all the rads to make sure everything was working before he left. He was friendly and professional and I would be happy to use him again”

We wish we had found Tom sooner. To have someone so professional and caring was a dream. He gave us a full quote and explained everything clearly to us. He even popped back quickly to sort a bit of air in the system. We are delighted with our new upright radiators and we honestly didn’t know he was here doing a full power flush. We are nice and warm. Don’t hesitate to have Tom you won’t find better!! Thank you

Want to say a big thank you for the work Tom carried out. He was able to fix our Shower valve straightaway. Explained clearly what was needed, went the extra mile so we are very happy. Would definitely recommend.

Quoted an hourly rate (reasonable), but when the bill came, he hid the parts and labour together (despite my request that it be split), so I couldn't tell exactly what was charged for what.
Tom was very clear about the process when first approaching him (clarifying rates before any work commenced), and was able to fit in my work promptly which was very much appreciated. Upon arrival he was polite and friendly, working efficiently, exhausting all potential solutions before determining final recommended action. He was pro-active to clean up the small amount of dust created, tested the outcome of his work and made sure I was happy with it before departing. I would strongly recommend the very professional and skilled service I received from Tom following the plumbing problem he solved for my house.
If I could give 6* I would. It was a plumbing emergency for a very elderly neighbour who was panicked. Tom arrived quickly and answered all the questions clearly, carried out the work efficiently and tidily, and the bill was extremely reasonable. Thank you very much.

I thoroughly recommend Tom, whose work is excellent. He came quickly, was polite, courteous and reasonably priced. He fixed the problem efficiently, without fuss and to a high standard. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again.
Tom installed a new shower suite on a previous occasion so when I had a leak under my kitchen sink yesterday I immediately called Tom and he arranged to come the following morning first thing. He arrived promptly and quickly saw the problem and resolved the leak. In my experience Tom is reliable and he can be relied upon to be on time and do a good job at a reasonable price. I know if I have a problem with my plumbing or central heating Tex plumbing is my first call.
Tom quoted and fitted our new gas boiler , switching from oil . The process was professional, straightforward and meticulously carried out .Always a pleasure to have Tom working in our home . He is a great communicator and always explains the process .Highly recommended !
Tom was very helpful on the phone when I called him. I booked him there and then and he arrived 2 hours later and quickly completed the job. He left the bathroom spotless. Thank you. Would definitely recommend him.
