“Jake has been my plumber for the past 4 years and I can say he is superb. He has completed various jobs including fitting a new boiler, and regular servicing for me. What makes Jake stand out is his outstanding customer service, whenever I have had an issue, he will assist in ensuring this is resolved, either by talking me through or popping round to resolve. If more folk were as reliable as Jake we would definitely trust our trades people more.”

“We couldn't fault anything - the engineer arrived on time, at the time he said he would, he removed our old boiler, did a power flush of all the radiators and fitted the new boiler in one day. His workmanship was very neat and proficient and our old boiler together with any mess was cleared away. We would definitely recommend TGC Heating and will use them in the future.”

We had a new boiler installed and two old showers replaced, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Jake was punctual, highly professional, and worked with great attention to detail. He even went above and beyond by adding CO alarms as a gesture of care and professionalism. What stood out most was his honest and straightforward approach to business — everything was explained clearly, with no hidden surprises. It’s rare to find someone who combines technical skill with such integrity. I would highly recommend his services to anyone looking for reliable, trustworthy, and efficient work.
Friendly and very professional
Ive used Jake across a few properties when I've moved. He's punctual and super responsive whenever I've had an issue with my boiler. Would highly recommend.
I use TGC everytime I have an issue with any works needed for a gas engineer. I have used Jake numerous times over the past few years and will continue to do so. He is very helpful,polite and very efficient. He has resolved every problem we have had. I highly recommend TGC.
Always willing to help comes as quickly as possible but doesn’t charge the earth. Nice young family man just trying to get by. Polite friendly and leaves property spotless. Would highly recommend

I’ve been using Jake for my boiler repairs, servicing and various other repairs for about five years now. I would highly recommend him as one of the most reliable and professional tradesmen I have ever come across. I wish all tradesmen were as reliable and helpful as Jake.
Jake did a fantastic job at installing our new boiler! He was tidy, knowledgeable and professional! I couldn’t be happier with my new boiler!!! 100% recommend! Thank you!
Honestly, you will not find a better heating engineer. From start to finish you will get the best performance with TGC. For over 20 years my plumbing has been wrong and no other plumber has been able to put it right but after 3 days my house is finally in tip top working order, thanks to Jake. Me and my can't thank you enough. I will not be using anyone else but TGC in the future. Sonia
Jake was excellent and quick and very helpful with the information he gave us.
Jake was on time, carried out the work in a professional manner and with respect for my property. He was pleasant to deal with and was happy to answer questions for a non technical person. He cleaned up after the job and kept to his quoted price. I have already recommended him to my sister and some friends.
Jake replaced our boiler and installed a smart thermostat quickly, efficiently and competently, and at reasonable cost - all remotely while we were away on holiday. Very satisfied with the results.
When our boiler broke down in the middle of Winter Jake was brilliant. Quick, polite, helpful and his work was faultless. I would highly recommend.
Jake is every thing you have stated above that is why I have given him 5 stars on each catogery as it was a 5 star performance . I will definitely be employing Jake again for other plumbing work. As I said to Jake he is now my plumber for life.
