“First of all they came in and covered all my hall carpet in plastic so that it was protected. Wall paper was stripped in hall then David came and plastered the hall which was done to a high standard. Errol then came and painted the walls and all the woodwork including vanishing front door and banisters. Errol also painted my kitchen ceiling and walls filling in any cracks. Errol took pride in his work and cleaned up every day. It was a pleasure dealing with them and work has been carried out to a high standard. Really pleased with the finish”

After reading many positive reviews, I contacted Alex at TGS for a quote on my painting job. He provided a reasonable quote, and we agreed on a start date, but no one showed up. Reaching Alex afterward was difficult, as he seemed to communicate through multiple numbers (likely a virtual assistant). I left a message, and he eventually called back, explaining that the decorator was ill and promising to arrange a new timeslot and call me later that afternoon. I never received that follow-up call. I messaged again to ask for an update and only got a response five days later.
