Ian came and helped me out of a very sticky situation when I was locked in a garage and just home from a serious medical procedure. His service was exceptional and really came to my aid as soon as he was contacted. He is also informative and very helpful offering great advice. Can not recommend highly enough and am so grateful for his help.

Ian is very considerate and talks to you about the best options without being pushy; he also gives great security advice and as I am on my own, it was much appreciated. He also gave me some great tips on maintenance re oiling hinges and using graphite powder in the locks which other people don’t tell you.

Our front door would lock, but we could not get the key out. Part replaced. New type of lock fitted and all explained. Thank you.

I’m unable to upload a photo but I had locked myself and grandchildren out of their house and as the parents were abroad had no second key. I chose Ian because he advertised he was 24 hr and it was Sunday! He came within 20 minutes of our conversation and worked efficiently and was very polite and understanding of my situation. I was so relieved when the door opened and so we’re my young grandchildren!! I would definitely recommend him.
