“We had a phone call to say that we would have a visit the following day to investigate the problem. He confirmed by telephone to tell us he was on the way and duly arrived 15 minutes later. He quickly identified the problem in that the dish had a hole in the receiver and we needed a new one. He fitted it after quoting the price of £169 plus vat and then he re-tuned our TV set and checked that all was working properly. All was done with the minimum of fuss and he cleaned up everything after he had completed the job.”
