We had a nice experience overall with The Attic Guys. The surveyor was helpful and explained us everything we asked. All the things we requested a quote for were itemised separately making it easy to choose. The job was booked quickly and the works carried with high standards and leaving the property pretty clean and tidy. The only item that we were quoted for and we didn't manage to get done was the installation of a plug in the loft, because it wasn't clear to us that they had planned to bring a cable up externally on the wall, so we decided to exclude it.

Very pleased with the work done boarding out our loft, and would happily recommend them to others. After an initial thorough survey the quote provided a range of options for us to match to our budget. Once we'd made a decision the work was booked in very quickly and went very smoothly. The two fitters were on time, kept us in the loop with what they were up to throughout, and completed the job in the estimated time. When the need for some additional work became apparent, the team explained what & why, again gave us some options, and wrapped the extra work into the project.

Brilliant company. Just did a 2d loft clearing boarding & wrapping project completed 8 d after the survey. Very efficient, experienced and helpful in planning, amazing team of workers who clearly take pride in their work, were punctual, careful, considerate and cleared rubbish and cleaned up at the end of each day. Very competitive pricing! Can’t fault them and delighted with the job. Highest recommendation!!!

Would happily recommend this company. The initial meeting and quote was clear and precise and I felt that I was given clear details and itemised work plan. The work was carried out in one day and very pleased with the results and will certainly use them again when expanding the floor space further.

Visited on time and Steve was very professional and gave me proper advice about what to do with my loft and indicative pricing for removing the insulation and adding a new fire rated door hatch with a wooden ladder. He is very quick in sending quotes. There is continuous professional communication about the appointment time. Very impressed with his knowledge and attitude.

The Attic Guys worked for two days. They removed all the debris from the loft. Old boards, insulation, TV aerials and water tanks etc.. They then insulated the loft, fitted raised platform boarding. Applied a breathable membrane to the roof joists. Created and fitted a new enlarged loft hatch with wooden ladder. All done to an extremely high quality of workmanship. Day 1, we had Phil, Pete & Darren working all day, Dave who came to fit brackets to the boiler flu. Day 2 it was only Phil & Pete. Nearly all finished by early afternoon. Phil stayed, on both days, for all those finishing touches.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. The survey was carried out and I felt they really understood what I was after, listened and advised. The follow up appointment was available quickly. They arrived on time, and worked solidly to complete it all in one day (boarding, instillation, new hatch and ladder installation). The left the place immaculately tidy, and were friendly and polite throughout. I cannot rate them highly enough!

The Loft Guys carried out a thorough onsite assessment of the project and provided a very comprehensive plan of work with plenty of options to suit our budget requirements. They were friendly, professional, and communicative throughout. The team of installers were extremely conscientious with their work and did an outstanding job. I highly recommend this company.
