Faulty heating and temporary loss of hot water
Matt has taken good care of my boiler since being recommended by the previous owners. Attended the following day and replaced the faulty part. He is polite, reliable and always explains the problem and how he will deal with it. He is the tidiest tradesman I have ever known and wears overshoes on entering the house. Prices are reasonable and to be honest I just wouldn’t have anyone else. Thanks for making my home cosy again.

Very professional job
This review is for a boiler installed last month by Mat from The Boiler Replacement Company. I was impressed with the manner of assessing the work required. This began with the engineer putting protectors onto his shoes before entering the property, then taking a mass of photos, inspecting the gas meter, checking flow rates in the bathroom, and flagging a possible additional cost if a gas pipe would need replacing (as it turned out this was not required). Due to the consideration shown for my carpets along with a very thorough manner of scoping the work I decided to proceed with this company despite their estimate not being the lowest I had obtained. The date for installation was agreed and I received SMS and email updates reminding me of the dates and even to let me know when the engineer was 10 minutes away. The work was completed on schedule with no additional costs and Mat even took the opportunity to tidy up pipework from previous installations. The engineer registered the installation with the manufacturer and I received the guarantee documentation by email. I then paid in full. Following installation, I have received follow up SMS to check everything is fine.

Highly recommended Essex Boiler Replacement `co.
Today was the fourth consecutive boiler service since Essex Boiler Replacement, Mat Baker, installed the new boiler in March 2020. As usual Mat was punctual, very professional and efficient as well as being very amiable and pleasant to deal with. I also find the cost of the boiler service and the service provided to be very reasonable. I highly recommend this Company for any boiler related work.

Matthew Baker's professionalism
I feel I was very lucky to have found Matthew Baker of The Boiler Replacement Company (Essex) Limited as a boiler engineer. I found him about 10 days ago by chance through online research. The following day he visited my house to check my boiler, which was very old and showing some signs of defects. He explained his thoughts in a way that clearly indicated his expertise. In fact, I had already concluded that it was time I replaced the boiler. My feeling of confidence in him was such that I had no hesitation in choosing him as the boiler engineer to replace the boiler for me. I thought his pricing was reasonable. About a week later he replaced my boiler with a new one of the same brand. The whole process (from selecting a new boiler and the boiler system control, to the boiler replacement work and the post-installation guarantee registration work) was extremely smooth and demonstrated such a high level of professionalism (including customer care) on his part. I don't feel I could have asked for better service from a boiler engineer.

Matt helped me choose a new boiler after my previous boiler started leaking. He quickly installed a new boiler down stairs in my kitchen and very pleased with the work he completed. Boiler Replacement
We live on the 2nd floor of a block of flats. This company removed our old boiler and replaced it with a new ATAG 128C boiler, the installation taking a day and a half. All of the works were carried out diligently, professionally and to our complete satisfaction. They also promptly sent us all the warranties relevant to the new boiler.

We had an excellent experience with the Boiler Replacement Company Essex. We had our 20 year old floor standing boiler that was situated in the loft, replaced with a new Valiant ecofit pure 430. Matthew took the time to explain why he recommended said boiler and saved us money as I was pushing for a bigger boiler which he explained why we didn’t need. Good communication, clean, neat and tidy job, started and finished as agreed. Very knowledgeable and professional. All paperwork, regs and warranties sent immediately. They did a great job and would recommend highly.

Due to poor service from Baxi, we cancelled our Annual Boiler Service Contact with them and following a recommendation from a neighbour, contacted Matt. VERY PLEASED
Being in my 90's I was a little apprehensive about a new boiler. However Mat & Dan arrived on time with covering for carpets and floors, then straightaway into action. Afterwards everything was put back in place and left clean and tidy. They did a great job and I would recommend them to anyone.

Boiler Replacement
The boiler was replaced and some additional gas pipework installed, all works were carried out professionally and efficiently. They also took all the old equipment and rubbish away with them and left a clean and tidy site, something you don’t always get with other installers. I am really pleased with the boiler it’s very quiet and very efficient. The engineers were polite and courteous and I would recommend the boiler replacement company to anyone.
