His advice and recommendations were great, reassuring me after the surveyor made everything sound much worse than it was! Communication is always prompt and clear over email. The team who did the work were friendly and tidy, and they shared photos of all the work with me. It's great to find someone who turns up when they say they will, keeps you informed and isn't patronising to women who live alone!”
