“We found Tim to be very professional and he far exceeded our expectations. He communicated clearly with me, and he was punctual. His work is meticulous and his craftsmanship is 5 star! My husband and I are thrilled with his work and highly recommend him. We will definitely be using him for future projects. I cannot recommend Tim highly enough. Plus his pricing is fair. When he did the installation he paid great attention to detail and cleaned up after himself. A job very well done!”

Good communication and work on the day (6 internal doors fitted) seemed fine. One door handle broke a few months later, however. We contacted The Cornish Carpenter who said he would charge us to return to look at the issue. We asked and paid a local carpenter to carry out the repair. In his opinion the handle had been fitted too tight originally, causing the internal mechanism to snap.
