I am highly satisfied with the services provided by Charles and his team from The Damp Company (UK) Ltd. They delivered exceptional damp proofing for both internal and external walls, and efficiently installed two ventilation airbricks to enhance air circulation and prevent future damp issues in my rooms. From the very beginning, I was impressed. The detailed estimate they provided was incredibly transparent, with a clear breakdown of all prices, ensuring everything was explained upfront and there were no surprises. These guys were absolutely amazing from start to finish! They explained everything they were doing throughout the entire process, which really put us at ease. They were clean, tidy, and showed a great level of professionalism the whole time. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made sure we were happy with every step along the way. On top of that, they were polite, respectful,and genuinely lovely to deal with.
