“Tom, Marcus and Rob were a pleasure to work with. They have created a great outdoor space for us in our back garden,transforming the old path and unused flower beds into a lovely new patio and accommodated changes to the original plan. They were professional and tidy throughout and the work has been completed to the highest standard. Start date was brought forward and fitted in around their other jobs. As a result the work could be stop/start dependent on their other jobs. They kept us updated of the timings and schedule for the work. We are really pleased with our new patio.”
Detailed reviews
We had a number of problems with this company. Firstly, the amount quoted in the price breakdown was only the “cash” total. We were then told that if we were to pay by card he would have to add 20% extra for VAT. We were only told this after we paid the deposit to secure our date. There have also been a number of problems with the work. A number of the patio stones were not laid properly, and the grout washed away when we tried to clean the patio. We have been chasing the company since June 23 to fix the issues. They continued to push the date back to re-attend, and the issues remain unfixed.
