“Matt responded very quickly to initial call Fan broken 17 yr old boiler in tight location - almost impossible to work on. Discussed options. Decided new boiler needed. After deliberating Matt explained exactly how he would relocate boiler with a bit of creative thinking and gave me quote. He got boiler working with WD40 (24hrs more) and allowed me to get more quotes Matt able to fit boiler at short notice on a Saturday. Very efficient, friendly and professional. Meant to return Monday to fit thermostat. Did not return until Thursday. No problem - kept clear communication. Definitely recommend”
