Tom contacted me promptly and the job was booked in. The price was excellent. The job competed with no issues .
Extremely pleased with all aspects of this fitting. Tom communicated promptly and went out of his way to fit my schedule to visit to provide a quote. The fitting was completed smoothly with full instructions/demonstrations given and property left clean and tidy. Very happy to recommend Tom and The Loft Ladder Co.
We hired Tom to board out our loft and fit an electric loft ladder. He subcontracted the boarding, plastering and painting out to another tradesman who completed the work well. Prior to fitting Tom requested payment to buy the ladder from the manufacturer. When it came time to fit the ladder, Tom was nowhere to be seen. He has taken our money and not delivered. We have tried to call, email and message him, but he has not come back to us. We are now left with a gaping hole in our ceiling, no way to access our loft and an empty bank balance.
