Ken was difficult to understand. He inspected faulty radiator then tampered with 2 more radiators causing these to work incorrectly (I discovered after he left). Did not explain what he was doing or checking and why. Identified an issue (electric boiler pump) and performed no tests to validate or check other possible dependencies.
