Left our house vacant for 2 weeks. Carpenters (another firm) replaced internal doors. Four of the 6 rooms, hall stairs and landing were to be decorated. Assured the house would be photographed, everything replaced and cleaned for our return. Arriving home after an overnight flight with little sleep we found the house in total disarray. Furniture was piled up in rooms, furniture was damaged. There was paint on floors dust everywhere. Glossing unfinished. Attention to detail poor. Refused to take responsibility blaming carpenters for being in the way. Paltry reduction offered (10%).
