“Giz came out to me on the same day of my request. He spoke to me for 20 minutes calming me down as I’m absolutely terrified of mice. I saw one run across my living room and had been up all night, Giz had a calm reassurance and knowledge I rarely come across. Upon a prompt arrival, Giz set up and explored the house understanding exactly where the mice were coming from and gave me three types of poison before the next visit. He continued to reassure me and even set up a camera from the entry point. I haven’t heard anything since so I can finally sleep at night, and even more so now I have The Pest Specialist on speed dial! Thank you, highly recommend.”

Amazing work and great timing
Giz was brilliant from the first call. Very professional ans knowledgeable. We haven't had a rodent problem since and will be definitely recommending Giz to our friends.
Had issue with rats within wall. Gzim was excellent, called back immediately and gave some initial thoughts over the phone. We found a time for a first visit which suited easily and he turned up bang on time for both visits. Issue has been addressed like he said it would be.
