The Steam Mop

Hannah was arranged to come to do 3 hours cleaning today. She strangely asked me if I had revoult or PayPal the night before. Then on the day and at the time she should arrive asked for half the money in advance. Ive never met this lady nor had she even arrived. So I wasn't paying for a service not recieved yet. Ive never done this in advance ever. Very odd and let down last minute with no explanation

Hannah was brilliant at communicating and was able to come out very quickly. She is very friendly and approachable and did everything we asked. The house is looking great now especially the floors! I would definitely recommend Hannah and will look to book further work. Thank you ☺️

We used Hannah for a month or two. All was fine at first, good actually. Last week she showed up with a second person, charging us £81 /4.5h for a job where she left 2 of the 3 bedrooms in our small cottage untouched. When we inquired about the issue she told us it had taken her ages "to clean the toaster" in the kitchen. Later, communication became decively unprofessional. In addition, we had put an advert for a dog friendly cleaner out she responded to.. The Steam Mop is not dog friendly, in fact, they just invented a "policy" that dogs need locking in this week. Avoid at all cost!
