Charlie and his team arrived promptly and completed the work to a high standard. It was clear to see that his team takes pride in their work and even made sure the garden was left in a tidier condition than when they began. I will happily reccomend to family and friends.
On my to do list for many years. Finally bit the bullet and very pleased I chose The Tree Fellowes who came, saw and conquered the job in a professional, efficient and friendly manner. Gave advice and made suggestions and left the area, approach and road clean and tidy.
Completed agreed work then informed me that there were more problems with the tree and quoted an additional £1900 to cut it down. When I said I’d like time to think, get other quotes for this unexpected cost he became agitated and put pressure on me to decide on the spot. It was very uncomfortable so in the end I agreed to rebook simply to take the heat out of the situation and get him to leave. Other contractors have now been who see no urgency, and either quote half the amount or say work is not needed at all. Cancelled him - 5 days notice and no contract but he wants a ‘cancellation fee’!
