We are Chartered Qualified Architects with 30 years of practical experience in designing and buildings modern, historic, domestic and commercial extensions and new buildings. We undertake both large and small projects whilst offering a truly personal service. We cover the whole of Bedfordshire. Beware- You may be misled in thinking "Architectural Services" are Architects but they are not. The title "Architect", is protected in law by Section 20 of the Architects Act. Architectural Services could be anyone unqualified. Anyone can call themselves a Surveyor. An unqualified person will probably not have indemnity insurance as standard. We plan, budget and give expert advice from the outset Do you know what you want? Have you considered all the options? Are you getting like for like quotations? We are experts in design and have trained for more than 8 years. We have over 30 years of experience . At the sketch scheme stage, we consider all the options, so you can get the best option 4 you within your budget. This will ensure that you are getting exactly what you want and have considered all the options. normally there are at least more than five options to consider, some you will not have considered unless you appoint us.
