The estimate was prompt and clear. The work was carried out on the promised date within the given estimate. Everything was easy and relaxed. I would recommend this plumber (Oliver) without any hesitation.

The work was carried out in November to a satisfactory standard but a month later a leak developed from the the tap assembly. I contacted the company and was told that they would come up with a plan and let me know, but they never got back to me. In due course, the leak stopped until recently when a leak developed again. I contacted the company several times but never received a reply. Overall initial impressions of professionalism and quality of work were good (hence 10 for tidyness) but long term satisfaction of the job is poor.

Ollie was polite and courteous and completed the job very professionally and worked extremely hard. He advised us along the way about what we needed for the job and did slot of research himself which was very helpful.
