Trellis fencing round patio area Terry & his team turned up on time, did a great job. & left everything clean and tidy. Highly recommended.

Ground floor Extension and room renovation. Terry and his team at Starling Construction are genuinely brilliant. In all the years of owning a house we're had all sorts of builders in to do jobs, ranging from fast-talking, fly by night cowboys to smooth talking, uber-expensive charlatans out to relieve us of our hard earned money. Terry and the Starling Construction Team are none of these things. Firstly, his communication is brilliant and he will always answer a call or text, or if not, he will call you back as soon as possible. It's a rare treat to even get a call from a builder these days bur Terry is really responsive and helpful. Secondly, he is a man of his word and if he says something will happen, it will happen. I've genuinely been over the moon with the quality of Terry's work and his motto is "If I won't have it in my house, it won't be in yours" and that's 100% true as witnessed by me. He'll start something again from scratch if he's not happy. 10/10 builder, 5 stars, will use again. And again. And again.

Taps to be replaced in kitchen and bath Amazing service, friendly and professional for a very competitive price. I would highly recommend. Went above and beyond!! Had to even pop out to get something else and this was not an issue! Will definitely be using again

new roof on shed on side of house (attached to house ) Terry at Starling con is a top class man. I had to go out all day Terry came in striped off old roof cleared all rubbish fitted new roof relocked up for me left everything clean and tidy The work he done is first class and I would most certainly fully recommend him for any type of work in fact I will be asking him too quote to decorate my house when the time is right Terry did a real top class job for me Thanks Terry

Restyling Pub Accommodation & Back of House Spaces I cannot speak highly enough of Terry and the Staring Construction team. Work was done exceptionally professionally especially given some challenging circumstances at times. Further to this all work was explained thoroughly and input and suggestions were given when required and all work was carried out just as I had requested. A new commercial kitchen was put into my pub amongst other work and I am very impressed with the new kitchen, especially given the new kitchen was in a tight space with very little room for error. Communication was exemplary and the site was left clean and tidy upon completion. I would most certainly recommend them for work and would also use them again for any future work that is required.

Convert downstairs toilet /utility into one room again Terry and his team were very polite and punctual. They did a great job and were very accommodating to changes I requested through the process. They even did an extra little job I enquired about that wasn't part of the original plan. The room looks great and I'm very happy with the outcome. They were very tidy and cleaned all the mess away at the end of each day, which was fantastic as we have a toddler in the house. I will happily recommend them to friends and family and I hope to use them again in the future.

Property refurbishment Vilson and his team did a great job in refurbishing our entire house under a very tight time schedule. They were very hard working, responsive and willing to communicate. When unforeseen issues arose, Vilson was able to bring these up quickly and adapt to our needs. He also provided useful and practical tips for future maintenance of the house. We are very pleased with the work overall.

Refurbishment in a budget Vilson was friendly and polite and he explained to me everything in details the progression of the work,he came with great ideas to meet my budget renovation for my kitchen and bathroom. Job was finished to the highest standards. I do recommend vilson and his team and already recommend him to my friends.

Converting a flat roof into a terrace. I contracted Terry to convert my flat roof into a terrace. Despite delays with planning, he was very flexible with timing and maintained good communication throughout. He completed the job to an excellent standard and took the time to make sure the details and finish were spot on. He kept the site tidy and was always polite and courteous throughout the work. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again.

Convert garage/ workroom into bedroom with on-suite Starling Construction, were clean and tidy, turned up when they said, Good at sorting out problems and useful at coming up with ideas of ways round different situations. I am happy to recommend them.

Internal works ( room to be devided) Starling Construction Solutions ltd has delivered amazing service. Terry's team was professional, punctual, and effective. The team has completed the works on time, also went extra mile to meet the needs of the customer. The communication was great, Terry kept us informed and involved in the project. Removal of couple of rubble bags He asked me to make payment in advance to cover the fuel but he has not done the job and not responding to my message since then !!!

Knock through hole for Internal door Terry from Starling was punctual,0polite and friendly. He had the quote back to me within 24 hours and communication was good. The job was done well and was exactly what we wanted. Everything was cleaned up after and left as it should be. We would definitely use Starling again.

Downstairs WC pipes, toilet and sink installation Amazing Job ! I have hired Vilson to refurbish my downstairs cloakroom. I was absolutely delighted with the outcome. This is exactly what I have pictured in my head. The quality of work was outstanding. Highly recommend !
