From the moment we contacted Thermalec Control Systems Limited the Service we’ve received has been exemplary. Came out to our House same day, the problems were identified and explained in full ! New boiler ordered and fitted extremely quickly - very efficient, Professional and friendly staff. Cleaned up after themselves and made good any areas that were affected by the works carried out! Would highly recommend.

Kept informed of the whole process, all tradesman were courteous and clean/tidy. The quality of the workmanship was excellent and no issues were a problem.
They were absolutely brilliant when they had to do the re-piping. Ever since knowing them in 2009 I have been able to ring for help. On one occasion my boiler broke down, I rang at 8am, and someone from the company was with me within the hour. The boiler was working an hour later. They kept my old boiler going for a good many years when others would probably have suggested replacing it. Excellent service. They always come on time so reliable and efficient.
