The finished work is excellent. He worked late into the evening on the roof. to finish the job which worried me a little. James was let down by the company that he employed to provide scaffolding which took almost a week to remove it after he finished.

James from Thomas Roofing did a fantastic job repairing our roof. He arrived on time, worked quickly and professionally, and kept everything tidy. He installed a Dry Ridge System, ground & repointed the chimney, re-flaunched the chimney, and sealed the lead flashing. Everything was completed to a high standard, and he also gave us very useful information and advice throughout the process. Really pleased with the results – highly recommended!

Thomas Roofing Services (James) were firstly competitive, we liked James from the start very pleasant and polite. Work was very good, very tidy at the end of each day (x4), turned up on time, worked hard and got on with the job wanting for nothing. Not one ounce of trouble. We changed the specification during the work, no trouble at all. In addition decided to give Thomas Roofing extra work on our garage flat roof also. I would recommend in a heartbeat.

James helped us out with ridge tile repairs at short notice. He did what he said he would, when he said he would, for the price he said he would. He's a personable friendly man, I have no hesitation in recommending him.
James did an amazing job on fixing my loose ridge tiles and was very prompt with his time keeping , also proffesional in his work. Also cleared up afterhim self afterwards as would reccomend him 100%

Really impressed with the service. From the initial quote to completion, everything was handled professionally. The team turned up on time each day, worked efficiently, and kept everything tidy throughout. Communication was clear and friendly, and the quality of the roofing work is outstanding. It’s rare to find tradespeople this reliable and thorough. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them and would definitely use them again in the future.

Great service
James managed to reset and rescuer the corner of the building witch was completely lifted and damaged during the storm, he also refitted the guttering to fully restore the damage to the roof and fazier, very professional job clean tidy and happy with the price too. Well done
Everyone at Thomas roofing were highly professional, both within customer service and the tradesmen, who completed the work to the highest standard. All work was completed as agreed within the estimated time, to a quality finish. They were organised, skilled and efficient, clearing away each day and were always polite, respectful and professional. The tradesmen went above and beyond and we couldn't recommend them highly enough, they even arranged to have our windows cleaned after they had completed the work, a lovely surprise.
A pleasant young man who attended to my roof repair promptly and efficiently. I will be using him again if needed and will recommend him to neighbours and family. It was a neighbour who recommended him to me and passed me his contact number.

James came out promptly & inspected our roof. He found the issue and showed us photos of the problems. He explained thoroughly the process of the job and the cost Involved. Once agreed, james & Garry did an excellent job which stopped the leak. Id definitely recommend them both. Thanks again guys.
